Customers will pay the return shipping cost for all international Orders.
Guidelines for a hassle-free return:
1. The item or items must be in original UNUSED & UNWORN condition with tags still attached and (or) in the original box.
2. Please include your invoice and or return authorization email with the returned item. It will help us process your refunds immediately.
3. We will process your refunds with in 24 hours after we receive your returned item.
When ordering from the USA, parcels are subject to import duty and Customs charges; which the buyer is responsible to pay. Our prices DO NOT include these Taxes, Import Duties and they will be collected by the delivering freight company/Postal Service in the respective country.
Please note, you will be subject to not only customs duty & fees, but taxes such as GST in Australia and VAT in the United Kingdom.EU including UK Orders:
Customs Charges are applied to imports into the EU/UK with a value over GBP 15.00 for VAT, All Items valued over GBP 135.00 will attract additional import duty.
Any package label for Vat, Import Duty and/or Tax will also incur a Royal Mail Handling Fee (UK Orders) of GBP 8.00.
Your parcel/package will not be delivered until the charges are paid to the respective Postal Service, they will keep your parcel for 21 calendar days, before returning the package back to us.
