When will I get my item? USA orders

In the US, we offer standard 3-7 days shipping, expedited 2-3 days, and express 1 (one) day shipping. Please add the 24 hours processing time to the transit time for your orders estimated arrival.

Within the US:

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and Major holidays
  • All merchandise ships from the California, United States.
  • All shipping methods come with tracking visibility. All tracking numbers are sent via email within 24-48 hours of payment being received. 
  • All US UPS ground, 2 day and Next Day Air shipments with merchandise value of $200.00 or more will require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions.
  • All orders shipping to PO boxes will automatically be sent USPS.
  • When will I get my item? International orders

    We offer standard International shipping which ranges from a transit time of  3-30 days. Please see our shipping chart for your exact location and the transit time applicable to your country.

    • All orders are processed within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. 
    • All merchandise ships from the United States.
    • Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. Socallook.com is NOT responsible for any import duties and/or import taxes. 

     

  • Do you ship outside of the US?

    Yes, we do! Certain countries do limit specific delivery services, but we'll have something that works for you. As a a reminder and as stated on our policy pages and confirmation emails, socallook.com is NOT responsible for any duty, taxes/vat, customs, and/or any other taxes imposed by the delivery company and/or your country's government. These fees are assessed by your government and the customs department.  If an international shipment is abandoned or refused, no refund will be issued.

  • Do you ship to PO boxes or military APO/FPO addresses?

    Yes! We do. 

    • All orders shipping to PO boxes and APO/FPO will automatically be sent USPS.

     

  • How can I track my order?

    Tracking numbers will be automatically uploaded into Amazon upon he shipping of your order. If you don't receive a tracking number within 48 business hours, please contact customer service for assistance.

  • I want to return/exchange my item, what do I do?

    EASY RETURNS

    We are glad to accept returns of any unworn/unused merchandise with original packaging and tags within 30 days of delivery, unless noted on the listing of the item.  Please email us at hello@socallook.com to get your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Please note, No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization.

    Not all packages will included a prepaid Smartpost label.  You may request a Smartpost label for your return shipping by emailing us at hello@socallook.com.  Exchange shipping is free; returns will incur an $7.50 return label fee when using a Smartpost label.

    We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on clearance items, lounge wear, intimates, shocks, swimwear, or items labeled for sale as "display."

    We will gladly ship your exchanged merchandise back to you with no shipping charges.

    Remember to keep your tracking number and insure your package, as we are not responsible for packages that are lost while in transit to socallook.com.

     

    All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.

    Shoes must be in their original box with no tape or labels applied directly to the box.  Any shoes that are returned with a damaged box, or tape or labels applied directly to the box will incur a 15% restocking fee.

    Bulk order returns (10 or more items) are subject to a not-negotiable 25% restocking fee.

    If you are an international customer, just follow the steps for domestic exchanges, however, prepaid return labels cannot be used outside the US. Please use the shipping carrier of your choice.

    If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed or abandoned, no refund will be issued.
