Guidelines for a hassle-free return:
1. The item or items must be in original unused, unworn & unwashed condition with tags attached and (or) in the original box.
2. Please include your invoice and or RMA number with the returned item. It will help us process your refunds immediately.
3. We will process your refunds with in 24 hours after we receive your returned item.
When ordering from the USA, parcels are subject to import duty and Customs charges; which the buyer is responsible to pay. Our prices DO NOT include these Taxes, Import Duties and they will be collected by the delivering freight company/Postal Service in the respective country.
Please note, you will be subject to not only customs duty & fees, but taxes such as GST in Australia and VAT in the United Kingdom.
